Chris and Lisa tied the knot at the gorgeous Kukahiko Estate – one of our favorite spots as Maui wedding photographers. Nestled along the ocean, this venue gave their intimate ceremony the most unreal views and salty breeze vibes. The way the waves crashed behind them as they exchanged vows? Literal magic.
They got ready at Outrigger Resorts, where the morning was filled with laughter, sweet first looks, and a little pre-ceremony happy dancing. (Always a yes from us!) After the ceremony, guests headed to Gather on Maui in Wailea for the reception – a space that offers breathtaking views and the kind of golden light photographers dream about. The speeches were emotional, the sunset was unreal, and they danced the night away under the Maui stars. Every detail – from the floral design to the flow of the evening – was perfectly planned by the amazing team at Tropical Maui Weddings.

Chris and Lisa also booked a honeymoon photo session with us on the Big Island, and it was a total dream. We explored a hidden lava rock sea arch and ran through lush jungle trails together, capturing that newlywed glow in wild, romantic locations. It was the perfect way to extend their wedding experience and create even more memories in a totally different Hawaiian landscape.
